HRAP
Hot Rolled Annealed and Pickled (HRAP) is a finishing process commonly used in stainless steel production. It involves hot rolling the metal to the desired thickness, followed by annealing to relieve internal stresses and improve ductility. The final step, pickling, removes scale and oxidation, resulting in a smooth, clean surface with enhanced corrosion resistance. HRAP stainless steel is ideal for applications requiring durability, such as food processing, chemical processing, welding, and construction.
